1. The letter of intent should be concise and include your name, along with a clear statement specifying the purpose of your application - whether for Promotion, Promotion and Tenure, Tenure, or Promotion in Rank. The letter of intent should be sent to your department or IRC char, your dean, if applicable, and to the interim provost at provost@bw.edu .

2. Your Portfolio should be uploaded to OneNote and shared with your department or IRC chair, your dean, if applicable, and to the provost at provost@bw.edu.
