A Peer-to-Peer Mentoring Program

This page includes a peer mentoring directory.

1. Review the attached list of professional development topics and the directory of faculty mentors.

​

2. If any topics appear interesting, contact one or more of the mentors.

​

3. Schedule an informal conversation over coffee at the Cyber Café in the Union or Starbucks at University Market. (Secure your coffee coupon from Kris Cunningham in Academic Affairs- Bonds 201)

4. For each conversation, earn a tally mark for the Faculty Center Reward and Recognition Program. You must email bwfacultycenter@bw.edu with the following information:

• Name of each colleague who had the conversation

• Date of the conversation

• Upload a "selfie" of colleagues who had the conversation
