Tech Support & IT HelpDesk
IT Support Services, also known as "The HelpDesk" is located on the main floor of Ritter Library. The staff and trained student assistants provide technology support to all BW faculty, staff, and students. Contact the HelpDesk for issues with connectivity, devices, passwords, and all general computing questions.

HelpDesk Hours (Fall & Spring):
Mon - Thur: 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday: Noon - 5:00 p.m.
Sunday: Noon - 9:00 p.m.
