Microsoft OneDrive for Business
Microsoft OneDrive allows you to store copies of all your files in the cloud. This creates two copies - one resides on your device, and the other is safely stored in the cloud. Why? Cloud storage allows you to access your files from anywhere, from any computer. It also provides a safe backup copy in case your computer is lost, damaged, or stolen!

You can access your OneDrive files by clicking on the File Explorer icon from the system tray in the lower left of your computer screen. When File Explorer opens, you will see OneDrive listed on the left navigation menu.
