As part of BW's Office 365 package, Microsoft Forms is a web-based tool for creating surveys, polls, or quizzes!  Forms also has a Microsoft "Add-In" feature for Outlook!  This allows you to email a quick poll via email and the responses go directly to your Forms account, not as replies that clutter your inbox!  Responses can also be downloaded to an Excel spreadsheet to sort and analyze results.
