Microsoft Bookings is BW's approved scheduling tool that integrates with your Outlook calendar.   
You can hold your scheduled appointments in person or virtually in Zoom or Teams.  Bookings can be used for scheduling office hours, meetings, and advising sessions.  When you provide others with access to your Bookings calendar, they can select and schedule appointments with you.
